Skillet Macaroni
6 oz Yves veggie ground round or other vegan crumbles
8 oz elbow macaroni
1 minced medium onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup frozen corn or 1 8 oz can corn
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp canola or olive oil
Brown veggie ground round, onions, pepper, and elbow macaroni in oil (or the soy sauce).
Wait until onions and pepper are softened, then add rest of ingredients and stir. Cover and
simmer 15-20 minutes until macaroni is soft.
