Gingersnap Cookies
From the kitchen of Mary Lantz

¾ cup Earth Balance non-hydrogenated margarine
1 cup organic sugar
¼ cup molasses
Ener-G egg replacer for one beaten egg

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves (ground)
½ tsp. ginger

Chill 1-2 hours.  Roll into balls.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
