Vegan Potluck Picnic w/ optional hike
Location: Jackson Park, Negaunee (See directions & map linked below) *See photos from last year*
Vegan Picnic - 1 pm Bring: (1) your entreé (veggie burger, Tofurkey brat, etc.), (2) a vegan dish (with recipe or ingredient list) to share, (3) beverage, (4) your own table service (plate, fork, cup, etc.), (5) insect repellent, and (6) a lawn chair, if possible.
Hike - Totally Optional Following lunch We will be hiking on the Iron Ore Heritage Trail in Negaunee. We will leave from & return to Jackson Park.
*If inclement weather, we will have the potluck indoors, but cancel the hike If bad weather, meet for the potluck at 202 Iron Street, Negaunee (at the corner of Pioneer/Division Avenue)
We will provide napkins and condiments.
Grills and horseshoe pits are available at Jackson Park. Please bring your own fuel & horseshoes.

Directions to the Old Jackson Park Go South on Teal Lake Ave off US 41, go right on Main St, DUE TO CONSTRUCTION: turn left on Pioneer Avenue and follow that straight as it continues to Division Street. Go straight to Business Route 28 and turn right. The park is on the right just past Gold Street. See the Negaunee map in the front of the Marquette area phone book-the park is marked just above the North arrow or see this map.
